CORO Salumi Piccolos

We’ve been fans CORO, the old Seattle longstanding deli Salumi for over 20 years now, since Audra stood in lines for their charcuterie sandwiches while in college at Seattle University. Two talented young women took over the business recently and scaled their incredible salami recipes to be both shelf stable and available more broadly. We’re proud to carry this delicious product and suggest you try them all! Fabulous pairings with our preserves – just add cheese!

Classic: While we honor the classic cured meats of the old world, we can’t help adding our spin on it, this time with garlic and a hint of ginger.

Agrumi: One of our most beloved new world creations, Agrumi is fragrant and colorful with cardamom, orange peel, and red chili flakes.

Finocchiona: We use traditional cracked black pepper and fennel with a touch of curry, making this anything but Grandma’s finocchiona.

Lemongrass: The Far East was our inspiration for our newest salami flavor which shows how well lemongrass gets along on the playground with other spices.
