Not So Tipsy Rhubarb Topsy
- 1.5-3 tbsp Rhubarb Shrub
- 12 tbsp Sparkling Water (more to taste)
- Mint Sprig
1. In cocktail shaker or mason jar, combine shrub & generous squeeze of lime. Add ice and shake vigorously for 20 seconds. Strain into chilled flute and top with sparkling water.
2. Garnish with mint sprig.
