Shipping, Returns & Refunds
Thank you for your order with Girl Meets Dirt!
When you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email, when we are shipping your order, you will receive an additional shipping notification with tracking details. Please check your spam/junk folders for this email if necessary. Tracking details may take a day or two to update in the shipping provider's system.
We ship with FedEx and USPS. Please note, we are a small team on an island in the Pacific Northwest- all our packages take a ferry boat ride on their way to get to you! We will work diligently to get on its way to you within 2-3 business days of order. Please let us know if you are in urgent need of your package by e-mailing firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to accommodate. We also offer express shipping through USPS for the price the carrier charges- you can select this option at checkout.
Want to skip the shop, order online and pickup at our shop in Eastsound? Choose "local pickup" at checkout to remove your shipping charges. Then email us to let us know when you’ll swing by to pick it up.
All sales on our website are final, and we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any items. Refunds may be extended for damaged product. If you're unhappy, please let us know by emailing us at email@example.com and we'll do what we can to accommodate you!
