Rhubarb Shrub Gin & Tonic
- 4 tbsp gin
- 1.5-3 tbsp Rhubarb Shrub
- 6 tbsps tonic water
- 5 dashes Plum Bitters (optional)
- mint sprig (optional)
1. In cocktail shaker or mason jar, combine gin & shrub and optional plum bitters. Add ice and shake vigorously for 20 seconds. Strain into a chilled flute and top with tonic water. Garnish with mint spring.
