Twelve Good Food Awards across ten products, in nine judging years since 2016. Entries are tasted blind, and finalists get vetted on how they're made before anyone hands out a medal. Shiro Plum with Mint is the most decorated jar we make — two Good Food Awards and a Sunset Pantry Award. And in 2026 Seattle Met tasted nineteen jars from around the Northwest and gave Island Plum Best All-Around.
Another seven have been named finalists — Hot Damn Pepper Jam, Pink Bartlett, Italian Plum, Island Pear Shrub, Chile Lime & Tomato, Peach Shrub, Peach Bitters. Island Pear and Peach Bitters twice each.
Same six copper pots. No pectin. Every jar still leaves on the ferry.
