Three of our shrubs, each a Good Food Award Winner, for the people who drink and the people who don’t.

Shrubs are concentrated sweet and sour syrups - drinking vinegars, made from the same fruit as our preserves. A splash in sparkling water is the whole drink. Ruby Spiced Apple with hot water and a cinnamon stick, Island Plum with lime, Lemon Lavender in a French 75.

It comes in kraft paper, tied with green satin ribbon and twine and sealed in wax with our stamped ‘girl’ icon. Inside is a pairing card with our favorite cocktails and mocktails for each one.
