Spoon & Cutting Preserves


Cooked in tiny batches, our award winning Spoon & Cutting Preserves are made using classic French techniques in six copper pots – with thoughtful modern twists like fresh bay leaves and pink peppercorns – a nod to whimsy, island terroir and an affinity for cheese & charcuterie pairings. Our Spoon preserves are like a traditional jam but with lots of great texture, while our Cutting preserves are ‘membrillo’ style highly concentrated fruit purees – tailor made for those grazing boards. We don't add pectin to quicken 'set up' – we rely solely on the magic of organic fruit, organic fair trade sugar, time and evaporation to concentrate our preserves. This means you get a heck of a lot more fruit.
