We piped up the pots to ensure this warming beauty could join your tables this holiday season, using just a few crates of these pink fleshed beauties sourced only from the island. Featuring these hearts-on-their-sleeve-apples and spiked with Orcas Island Distillery's iconic local Apple Brandy, it's like letting all of what's on the inside shine bright. We love this jam on cheese boards alongside aged cheddar cheese. With the perfect edge of nuanced brandy, it is a fine accompaniment to breakfast spreads and yields a deliciously elevated thumbprint cookie.
