Our Chile Lime & Tomato Shrub rounds it out, for a margarita (try it with mezcal) or a non-alcoholic spritzer with just the right heat. Don’t skip the smoked salt for the rim. And a box of San Juan Island sea salted honey caramels, for the end of the night.

It comes in kraft paper, tied with green satin ribbon and twine and sealed in wax with our stamped ‘girl’ icon. Inside are pairing cards for the preserves, cheese, charcuterie and cocktails.
