Girl Meets Dirt crafts handmade preserves, shrubs, and bitters from San Juan Islands' fruit, inspired by legacy orchards and the desire to preserve their bounty year-round. Our kitchen is located in Eastsound on Orcas Island (on the corner of Lovers Lane and Enchanted Forest Road, of course!) We now offer our favorite Shrubs and Spoon Preserves in minis: favors ready to gift and ready for airplane travel. Mini Spoon Preserves
Loosely set like a traditional jam, these preserves are rich with pieces of whole fruit suspended in syrup, ready to spread, dollop in yogurt, or accessorize your cheese plate.

Sweet & sour syrups to dress up seltzer or mix with your favorite spirit.

For festive occasions, we love to turn shrub sets into party packs by mixing in tiny liquor bottles, or pairing with splits of champagne while you and your maids have some pre-ceremony time. Minis also make fantastic shower favors!
Stamps on packs and boxes may be personalized, or if you would like to design a sticker for the labels, we can customize each jar or bottle for you to match your event.
Would you like to match your cocktail to your favors? We are happy to consult on just the right mix to give your guests a taste of the islands, and can provide fullsize shrub formats for bar use (no min).
