Inspired by the old Italian Plum orchards of Orcas' Crow Valley, this plummy reduction is simple, straightforward, and packed with pure plum flavor. If you like prunes, you’ll swoon. We've been known to eat this plum preserves straight from the jar.

This rich preserve is gorgeous paired with any strong, soft cheese or salty meats on a charcuterie board. Also beautiful with buttery shortbread.

Ingredients: Italian plums, organic fair trade cane sugar, organic lemon juice

No pectin - just fruit, sugar, time and evaporation.
