From our super Small Batch Reserve line, this is a limited edition preserve.
Not your ordinary fig jam, this preserve features fresh unctous figs with a lyrical notes of herbs and citrus from fresh bay leaves. We adore it with prosciutto, or other salted meats, and it makes a gorgeous spread with fresh figs and a wedge of Cashel Blue (nodding to the Irish here). From only a few trees, when it's gone, it's gone (until next season we hope!). If you’re a fig fan, we’ve taken the leaves from said fig trees and infused them into our popular Cherry Fig Leaf.
