Inspired by an experiment in the kitchen, our Peppered Peach Spoon Preserves are an unexpectedly brilliant combination: Smallwood Farms peaches, a touch of orange zest, and a generous grind of organic black peppercorns. The addition of orange zest transforms this jam into a delightful peach creamsicle flavor, elevated by the kick of black pepper. 

This ultra-small batch production (only 100 jars!) is incredibly versatile on a cheese board and beyond. Paired with fresh soft cheeses like chevre, ricotta or burrata, the delicate floral peach notes shine. Also bold and complex enough to stand up to an aged cheddar or gouda (we love local Samish Bay aged gouda). For a morning treat, try it with cream cheese on a bagel or layered into a parfait with greek yogurt and granola. Swoop up a jar while you can, these won't last long!
