Limited Edition Rhuberry (Raspberry Rhubarb) Spoon Preserves

✨ A small batch beauty from the height of rhubarb season ✨

She might be one of the best things we've ever made — and we don't say that lightly.
This bright ruby small batch Reserve folds grassy red rhubarb from Ralph's Greenhouse in the Skagit Valley and from JBS Farm in Crow Valley on Orcas (where John and Susan Fleischer tend crowns that have been in the ground for fifty years) with tart, plump Northwest raspberries — classically preserved in just six copper pots, the way we always have.

The grassiness of the rhubarb edges right up against the tartness of the raspberries, with just the right amount of pucker — never sharp, always sing-y. The color alone could stop you: deep ruby like the rhubarb stacks and berries on the vine, glowing in the jar.

This one was made for a crystal-laden aged gouda — one of those simple pleasures we're eternally grateful for. Equally lovely slipped over a wedge of sharp cheddar, stirred into Greek yogurt with morning toast, spooned over good vanilla ice cream, or simply eaten by the spoon (how we'll be enjoying it most).

Ruby red, Northwest through and through.

Ingredients: Organic raspberries, rhubarb, organic lemon juice, organic fair trade cane sugar. May contain seeds or pits.

Still handmade in just six copper pots on Orcas Island ✨; 7.75oz
