Ingredients

  • 2 generous scoops of your favorite ice cream flavor
  • 6oz of sparkling water or club soda
  • 2oz of your favorite Girl Meets Dirt Shrub

Method

  • Scoop ice cream into large pint mason jar. Drizzle shrub. Top with sparkling water. Garnish with an herb sprig or edible flower.

Quince with vanilla

Island Plum with Chocolate or Mint Chip

Ruby Spiced Apple with Butter Pecan or Cinnamon

Lemon Lavender with sorbet or Coconut
